the dream is over :'(

Rejected off the wait list.

Funny thing is they knew from the beginning who they want and didn't have any wait-list what so ever and yet they put all of us on hold. 5 rejection in a row 4 to go. Please withdraw your offers if you don't want to attend.

"Fvck the state penn, fvck h0es in Penn State."

Not surprised in the least...because it's APRIL 16th!!! Atrocious system there at Penn State, regardless of how good their faculty and departmental reputation may be. I would never reapply, just because it is profoundly disrespectful to inform students a day after the traditional waitlist deadline has passed. Again, this is not sour grapes over not getting in...just annoyance at a broken system.

They should let applicants know the result earlier.

Just received the last notification and finished the applications of this year.

Stupid program, don't even answer your inquiries. Very offensive and small email.

Previously on the waiting list

Called and she basically said she has not been allowed to hand out rejections yet. In other words, if you have not heard yet, you are denied. Also asked her about wait list but sounded like there isn't one

Pleasantly surprised that they got back to me at all, given their track record.

Does anyone know whether Penn State is still going to accept from their wait-list?

Have not heard back a single word yet. At least they could show little amount of respect by giving out the decision!! Is there anyone who got any rejection from them yet?

The second round of rejections. Don't know what happened.

join the facebook group if you are accepting :) ---> Penn State SLP Class of 2017

Just declined the offer.

Just declined my funded offer, Good luck to those on the waitlist!
