My first acceptance after two years of trying, but waitlisted for funding. Cried on break at work, but I wish they were happier tears.

Waitlisted with an email from Jennifer Richter! 3a/4r/1w/1p

3a/4r/1w/1p Email said they only accepted four students this year

Received an email to check application portal. Found a parched and uninspiring notification that my name has been put on a wait list. Glad to finally know something, not glad to not be accepted outright because they are a top choice school for me.

Email to check portal

Accepted but wait listed for funding. I received a full funded offer elsewhere, so I will be passing on this one. I hope it helps someone else -- stay strong out there! 2a/3p/2r

Lovely phone call from Lisa Olstein! Still waiting to hear back from other programs, but considering UT is my first choice, I should be emailing my acceptance of the offer shortly!

Call and voicemail from Andrew Altschul, follow up email with funding information. No funding available for me, so will likely be declining (sad). 4a/0w/3r/4p

email from what looks to be the graduate school, waiting on more information hopefully from the department! 4a/0w/3r/4p

Got an email to check my portal this morning. 50% Provost scholarship. I could not be more ecstatic right now! 2a/0w/1r/2p

I called IWW yesterday and they said poetry Ad Comm is still working and probably will be until next week or the week after.
