Had written to the graduate admissions, got the following reply," I have sent out a call to all faculty to see if they are still considering any applications. Â I will be sending out the final decisions by Wednesday, May 6, 2015." if the rejection was in place, why take so long to run this charade??? | ||||

I asked them about my status. This is what I received : Thank you for your inquiry. The majority of decisions for Fall 2015 have been made for MS and PHD. The deadline for the M ENG degree is April 30th. Applicants who applied for the MS degree are being considered for the new 1 year M ENG program. Applicants will find out the final decision within a week. | ||||

I emailed the graduate Program coordinator, and she said that the decisions were planned to be rolled out starting yesterday. However, the admissions committee needs some more time, and therefore we can expect decisions from end of this month until the next couple of weeks. | ||||

I have seen admits from penn state for CSE as early as 24 feb in other groups. Very few though 3-4 max. What the hell is penn state doing? :/ | ||||
