To the poster below: I'm not one of the ones you were asking, but I got my acceptance today and it was the first I have heard. I had no interview nor previous correspondence before acceptance. My general area is theory. Research related stats: 1 currently unpublished research paper, first author. 1 undergraduate conference talk. Letter of Recomendations: 1 awesome, 1 good, 1 OK

To one of the posters below, I also received a similar email about applying for the PhD program. I'm not sure how many people got this email, but hopefully it means that there is a decent chance of being admitted.
