No funding, as expected.

TTPB: What's funny? I think that student's got an important point. How many Latin-American students (for example) do you see in the Department of Physics? Do you think that anybody can go to Harvard just by being smart? Just google average salary in Mexico, and they are one of the highest in Latin-America.

Atmosphere/Energy track

Got into the joint 2-year POLS/MPP program. Pretty shocked! Didn't submit a GRE score.

From a top 30 university. Low GPA, no research experience.

I was the previous Stanford GSE poster. Sorry, not sure why degree title is coming up as Machine Learning. But it is LEARNING DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY

Email notice to check the portal. 2nd admissions notice for myself overall. Got into 1 school so far, not so lucky this time with Stanford. Had a former prof from UG/current Stanford prof write a LOR. I guess I should've taken my undergrad rejection from years ago as a sign to not apply here again... lol jk 1/2 congrats to everyone who got in!

Does Stanford also sends out acceptances after the visitation events? I have not yet received any update on my application yet and the visitation event is due on March 5.

no funding but feels good!

Email to check portal. Disappointed but heard they let a lot of POLS students defer last year - potentially making this class smaller.

Email to check portal received at 1:55 AM EST. Three years of research experience with two publications, five years volunteering in a leadership position at an education nonprofit, and an AmeriCorps alum. I'm pretty bummed. Congrats to everyone who got in!

Does anyone have any idea when they will release decisions? In an email the admissions office mentioned they would send out decisions before the end of February, but I'm guessing this won't be the case anymore... (wasn't waitlisted fyi)
