Received a rejection notification from Sean Bishop around noon on Tuesday. Mind you, I was in my capstone fiction workshop class when I got the notification and I was HURT! Call from the program director around 3:00pm CST. Was not expecting an acceptance this first go round because I'm a graduating senior and was on the heels of a rejection from UW Madison just three hours prior. Nonetheless, grateful to be admitted this first time around and FULLY FUNDED. Best of luck to you all.

1a/1w/3r. No word on funding in the official acceptance email, but international students were required to submit financial affidavits and TA applications with their main application. I spoke to the director a few weeks ago – he said that if I've made it clear on my financial affidavit that I can't fund myself, I'll only be accepted if MSU can fund me. So I suppose they're funding me!
