I was in the waitlist and sent an email (at 8 pm) to ask whether there was still a chance. The faculty I had written answered to me saying they had already reached the quota, and that they would not be able to offer admission to anyone in the waitlist. | ||||

I've also been waitlisted at Princeton. According to my POIs, it's very difficult to get off the wait list, however, it does happen every once in a while. For folks posting about being waitlisted, would you mind including your general field of study too? Mine is U.S. History. | ||||
