Interviewed once in Jan

Received email to check application status. They sent a letter saying I was waitlisted due to a lack of funding (because of covid). (American citizen with UK undergrad and Masters)

I emailed them asking about the admissions timeline a few days ago. 336 applications, 10 admits. If you haven't gotten a phone call, it might be time to move on. Best of luck all.

Had an interview with two PIs a few weeks ago

Has anyone who applied to the developmental area heard anything from Harvard?

hep-th: contacted two PIs and called with one of them over the summer. no interview. Transfer student from low tier college with lowish gpa (3.45) to solid pivate college with a 3.9 GPA. conducted research all four years and two first author publications in theory. Good Luck everyone :)

To all others admitted to Harvard CS, have you received official acceptance letter from SEAS yet? I received several emails last week from SEAS admission chair and my potential advisor about recommendation for admission. They also mentioned an official offer letter from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) will have been sent out by this week. Nothing yet.
