Email to check online application status.

Awarded annual 25K scholarship and stipend for teaching/research. Not enough to cover tuition, but definitely happy for the possible opportunity of staying in my native LA w/a teaching opportunity. #relief

Got an email directing me to the MyStatus page.

Lovely email from Bill Miller. Waiting on TAship / funding info.

Received a very kind email from the program director.

Lovely phone call—I was shaking the whole time. I thought I'd been rejected since others had already heard. Best of luck to everyone!

First acceptance. No word on funding.

Received a phone call from the Program director. I visited the school last month and was really impressed. I have heard back from three of the ten schools that I have applied to and have three acceptances. Super humbling. Tough decisions ahead. 3a/0r/0w

Website changed status to Univeristy Acceptance.

Other Temple Acceptances-- My application says "Decision: University Acceptance." Is this what everyone else's says? I keep second guessing it and thinking "oh, maybe I got into the university but not the MFA program..."

Received an email from the MFA coordinator. No word on funding yet. Will find out mid-Feb. First acceptance! Applied to 16 schools.. casting a wide net. Good luck everyone!

Feeling sad and vaguely ashamed of myself. Bright side: ten more decisions to go!

First rejection! Basic email saying to check the website. MFA season is upon us. (0a/0w/1r) Waiting on 14 others.

Let's be honest, I applied to the Michener Center solely for the privilege of getting rejected.
