We are writing to share an important update. Following a recent review of our long-term funding commitments to current doctoral students, the field has decided to pause PhD admissions for this cycle. This decision ensures that all enrolled students continue to receive the level of support and mentorship that is central to our program. We recognize that this change affects your plans, and we want to provide you with options moving forward: Receive a full refund of your application fee, or Have your application automatically carried forward for consideration in next year’s admissions cycle. Please complete this brief survey to indicate your preference. If you would like your application to be considered next year, please submit your response by April 15. We understand this may be disappointing news, and we sincerely appreciate your interest in our program. Thank you again for your commitment to graduate study and for considering Cornell.
