For the posters having 'Eligible for MECPS', the person's name who is sending that email is 'Melanie Kilian' and she is also 'Financial/Contracts & Grant Analyst' for MECPS program. So, yeah she is trying to promote the newly opened program. I do not understand how she is sending the email if I have submitted the application to ICS. Any thoughts ? Meanwhile, I am sending an email to ICS to just confirm what's going on.. | ||||
