Non-CS bachelor's, undergrad GPA was not great but I took a couple years of CS and Math part time afterwards and did well.

TTPB from IIT, All the Best! They chose people with a lot of work experience and emphasised on diversity a lot, as I saw on Yocket. IIT Male Undergrad -> Applying to MS -> I can't find any diversity factor here. You'll probably have an offer elsewhere for your profile.

I got my email today at 12:30pm Eastern time. High GPA, kind of low GRE, 150 verbal 165 quantitative

TTPB whose GPA is low and GRE is low, it need not necessarily be a mass reject. My Profile: Undergrad from 2008 IIT, GPA: 9.3/10. GRE 329, TOEFL 115, 2 International Conf Papers. It is not necessary for them to only send rejects today.

I got the mail at the exact same time at 11:44 PM IST. It will be a mass reject I guess because my GPA and gre score is bad. Is there anyone who has not recieved any mail from University ?

It looks like most of the people got their emails from Georgia Tech at the same time (i.e. 11:44 pm IST or 2:14 pm EST). Looks like a mass reject to me. I am also among one of them. Best of luck guys!!!

I just received their 5PM email about 20 minutes ago which is 1:13PM Central Time. Hope it would be a good result. BTW my specialization is ML and I submitted on the day of deadline.
