TTPB: Did any prof contact you for interview? I too am waiting for result.

I'm the poster below, I'm reposting with my track (DICE). Is there anyone else whose status still reads "in review"? This waiting is tortuous and ridiculous.

Anyone else waiting for decisions for solid- state electronics. Or are they done with the admits?

TTPB that contacted Barry. I emailed him earlier today but didn't get a response so I decided to phone him and he gave me this same response: "Thank you for your query. We appreciate your patience while you wait for the decision on your application. Due to the fact that we are past the April 15 reply deadline, my best estimate is that your application is denied at this point. Please note that I am only providing this estimate in the event that you have schools and programs that you need to reply to with your decision. We do expect the decision on your application to be forthcoming very soon, being that we are quite late with the evaluation process." He also mentioned that there's still a chance that I might be admitted so there's still reason to keep our hopes up.

TTPB: Congrats, what track? Did you see the update yesterday or today. I want to know if there is anyhope beyong April 15. i am for DICE track.

TTPB: I have just sent a mail to Barry waiting for his response. If his estimates turn out to be correct then that would be largely unfair on their part, for them not to deem it fit to keep us informed on time, sigh. (DICE Option)

Does Austin give out any admits after 15th April? Or is it over for Fall-2019?

TTPB: My undergrad university is Delhi Technological University, India (formerly Delhi College of Engineering). I stand in top 1.5% of my undergrad batch. Had 1 international publication at the time of application. Working in the semiconductor industry for last 22 months as a Digital Design Engineer.

TTPB who got accepted into ACSES track. Congratulations. Did you receive an email? Could you also shed light on your profile?

BioECE. This was my top school but I had to accept another offer because of the decision deadline
