To the poster from IIT B, your profile is so great! An internship with Yoshua Bengio and so much more! If UCSD didn't take people like you, WHOM DID THEY TAKE? Did they even see the applications properly! Seriously! very disappointing. Anyway, best of luck for Stanford. Much love from IIT Kgp.

To the posters who got their results: When did you receive the results and how? Through portal or email? Is there any word about funding?

Expected but really wanted to go here.

GPA - 8.29, No Publications

A number of factors are considered in evaluating each application. Please be aware that UC San Diego receives a large number of applications and many excellent candidates could not be offered admission. Unfortunately, we are only able to extend offers to a limited number of qualified applicants. Go fuck yourself

Losing hope.

Non iit, 6 pointer ... Was very confident. Don't know what they found lacking. Rejected and Dejected.

All my classmates got admitted to this school except me, really disappointed!

Let's move on.

Fuck you UCSD.

Graduate from top Indian school, IIT b. One research internship with Yoshua Bengio. One internship at Palantir in US. 4 publications, two of them highly relevant. 1 years of additional research experience after graduation. Disappointed. Going to Stanford anyway. Good Luck to others.

Really hoped that I'd get in :(

About time

Show me some love US!

Was expecting a reject, but I was hoping for an accept. Just got email, past year ucsd mass rejected on 30th of march too.
