Spoke to the Department over a telephonic call and received a mail as well. Was told I am topmost on the wait list and seats have been significantly reduced this year. If anyone who has been accepted is not thinking of taking up this offer, could you please notify the Department soon? This is my top choice school and program. 0a/1w/2r/2p

Accepted about a week after the interview! Funding pretty much guaranteed with $15k stipend!

American/methods; mentioned "very short waitlist", incredibly excited but not holding my breath given funding cuts

Rejected post interview

Poor early undergraduate performance but lots of research in undergraduate labs, strong letters of rec and 2-year post-bacc at a national lab. Reached out to faculty prior to admissions + had in person campus tours/interview on 02/20/2026.

Interviewed last week and accepted this :) Have lots of decisions to make....

Generic email to check portal for rejection. I knew there were not many spaces available, so I'm not surprised. Disappointed - 5/5 rejections this cycle.

Offered acceptance to EdS even though application was initially for PhD only
