Denied because my application "wasn't competitive." Odd coming from a low ranked school and my 3.97 GPA, regardless I'll be attending ASU in the fall.

Accepted off the waitlist this morning! Still have a lot of factors to consider (mostly $$$) but I am so happy and relieved to be accepted somewhere especially to a program as great as UD's!

Has anyone else not heard back from Touro yet? I already accepted my offer to another school, it's just the last school I've been waiting to hear from and want to know!

I see that there is not a lot of activity for this school on a forum. Does anyone have an idea of how many people are on the waitlist and how often people get off it?

This is my number one choice and I am really hoping to get off the waitlist! Crossing my fingers!

I was notified via email, portal, and phone call that I was put on the wait list at JU this morning. To the poster below who said they will be rejecting due to acceptance at another program, have you contacted JU to let them know you will be declining? To anyone not accepting their offer, I would be so grateful if you would let JU know very soon! Thanks so much :)

I just do not think it is fair. There was a scheduled interview on 3/29/2017. There were some who were informed of acceptances as soon as 3/31/2017, on Friday, and others on Monday, 4/3/2017. If there were limited seats, why not send the emails on the same day to give people a fair chance at the same time? Why do I get a limited time? In addition. On Friday 4/7/2017, as I was going submit deposit (because I get paid on a bi-weekly period), that's when I received the email of the full program. Can someone see where we are coming from? I have never heard of this.

Kind of a bummer. Really thought I had a chance of getting in... I've taught language for a year and a half now which I thought would give my application a little bit of an edge. But I guess not. This is the last school of 6 I have heard back from and now officially have not been accepted to any program this year. I've been waitlisted at a few but most likely will be re applying next year. Anyone else experiencing or have experienced this?

Has any one been able to get a hold of their office? I've tried calling for an update and it automatically brings me to a voicemail? My application still says "referred to the department."

I just called this morning and they gave me the same answer, that they were very delayed and had a goal of getting every decision out by the 15th. She said that they go out in waves, though, so no guarantees.

I was accepted for summer 2017, there just wasn't an option for that term on this blog!

Was accepted, new school offer came in for me. Most likely rejecting this offer by the end of the week! I hope someone else enjoys my seat! :)

Disappointed, but I expected it. I've heard they don't like people with experience and I have over 3 years of school and clinical SLPA experience.
