Guys, I just got an interview. I had lost all hope. I emailed my POI yesterday saying, “unfortunately i didn’t get an interview..etc.”. This morning it placed itself into my inbox. Maybe email your POIs?

Got an email saying I was rejected. I knew it was coming because I was never contacted about going to the interview weekend.

Call from the program coordinator offering admission and nomination for a fellowship! So stoked!

No interview. Offered to discuss my application.

Checked the student portal randomly, expecting to get a generic "check your portal" email later today. Not surprised since a friend got her invite to interview last month and all the interview weekends were booked, but also not disappointed to get a rejection since GWU wasn't high up on my list.

POI reached out via email for a skype interview. However, I have already been accepted to my top choice and declined the invite.

To the previous GPN posters, I haven't heard back either. Even tried emailing the admissions department, who have yet to respond after about a week. Was not my top choice to begin with, but this is nuts!

Waitlisted after what felt like a pretty strong interview. Most of my research experience was in a different subject so I was definitely fighting an uphill battle. If you don't plan on going, please let them know because I would love to go here!
