Already took another offer since they let me know super late so I already assumed. Berkeley places a huge emphasis on grades

The UC Berkeley campus has a strict enrollment ceiling, and we are thus very limited in the number of new students we may admit each year. Unfortunately, this may result in not being able to accept many applicants who are capable of excellent academic work. To the post below: I got this reply,"The admissions committees are still releasing decisions. The original aim to notify all applicants by mid March has been pushed back to April. We are unable to speculate when they might issue a decision on any single application. Once a decision has been made, the decision letter will be posted to your applyweb account and you will be notified by email at that time. Thank you for your patience. " Does this mean that they already made the decision or they haven't finished reviewing all the applicants' material?

Finally got a response. Berkeley rejected me. But I'm happy, I am attending UT Austin fully funded. I wish the best to you all that have not got a response yet. Don't lose your hope.

Their loss! Berkeley values intelligent and diverse minds. I will become a better Transport engineer at Berkeley!

Sad. But I have been admitted by Berkeley.

Got the same reply: -----"By now all decisions have been made. I would suggest you look at other offers."

Will decline for Columbia Uni

I sent an email to the department. They Told me all decisions have been made and I should look at other offers. They don't even bother sending a rejection letter and make our decision-process easier.
