Still no word despite website claiming that decisions are usually communicated in March.

Im still waiting for any updates on the results, I didnt get any email from the admission yet. Anyone else waiting? Does that mean we are rejected?

Status changed from "under review" to "decision made" on Monday the 25 however I did not receive the letter until April 1. Since I didn't receive an email I knew I was going to be rejected thanks to the previous posts on this forum. It really helped to get me to anticipate being rejected so it didn't sting at all once the news came. Cheers everyone, best of luck to the rest of the applicants!

To the post below: Congrats! Did you receive the notice only via letter in the post? Or did they update your status on SGS or shoot you an email before you received your acceptance this way?

The result was way overdue, I already said yes to another program.

I emailed them. the director replied thyd tell by monday latest so fingers crossed

First time Canadian Applicant (BC). 3.83 subGPA and 3.64 cumulative. Very excited to even be waitlisted, but will be accepting offer at U of A instead!

TPB: I tend to believe that they haven't released any result, because no one posted here any result about this programme this year. Also, this year the committee started reviewing very late. Plus, they admit only 2 students. It's very unlikely that they send offers in rounds. Anyway, let's wait. Good luck to you and myself.

TPB: I've emailed them few days ago and they answered that the adimssion process in "still ongoing". As far as I understand they already sent the first round of offers.

To posters below: Thank you. It is MASc, and they asked for my transcript on Feb 12th. They are processing it very slowly. I think if they ask for your official transcript, you will get in for sure.

I saw someone posted they heard over the weekend..anyone have an idea how the school is going about this? I have to make other decisions in the next few weeks and this is stressing me out.

No word yet. The admissions committee met on the 29th and will not meet again until April 12th. We are cutting it real close here. They have already extended offers to the most attractive candidates and are keeping the rest of us in limbo so they can reallocate rejected offers. It's a great system for ensuring the top candidates but it leaves people like us in hot water if we are trying to juggle multiple offers and make substantial life decisions.
