To the phd applicant below, I submitted my application in Dec and heard nothing back ever since, do you think it's a sign of rejection?

Got an email with an invitation for the interview on January 18, had a skype call on January 24. Field -- Theory.

Has anyone in NLP been accepted? Haven't heard anything, guess I'm rejected?

Admissions office says that incomplete applications will still be reviewed, but decision emails will only be sent out once the application is marked as "complete" in the MyStatus portal.

From previous years experience, Cornell seems sent all offers at once so I agree with the post below. It's pretty safe to call a reject right now.

Email notifying that decision has been made for admission. Checked the letter in the applyyourself portal. Had a low undergrad GPA at a higher ranking university and an average GRE score but had 3 years of IT experience and M.A degree is in progress with straight A's. Also took seven post baccalaureate CS courses and got straight A's to show that I am capable of studying well. I plan on going and excited about it!
