About a 3.5 GPA, 3 years of research experience, one summer research position, 3 strong letters of recommendation, a lot of peer mentoring experience, strong statements

I already had an MD, but I was interested in expanding my realm of knowledge. I think that the future of medicine lies in computer science and biotechnology, and no one can tell me otherwise.

Ph.D. interviews are going to be sent in the next two weeks- interview day is on the 10 of February

politely rejected

Received notification email to check the application status website. Yay!

Notified of status update via email. In-person interview scheduled for 3 weeks after notification. 4 pieces of ideation required, 4 works. Interviewed by 2 faculty. About 25 minutes long. More excited than anxious.

Half tuition award

Rejected off of the waitlist. Minor in mathematics, extensive work implementing development strategies overseas. If you're American, I would not recommend applying, international students seem to have preference. This is according to Yale's PhD students, who do not speak well of the program. 3a/2r/1wl

Disappointing response. Waited 4 months radio silence + attended SOM events in person but still got a rejection. First choice school.

I cannot agree more. Seriously people what are you thinking? There are people on waitlists who will not get into schools because of your foolishness. I PRAY that you are not in my cohort because I would hate to be surrounded by people like you

Declined last night. Good luck

Rejected off waitlist

Rejected from the waitlist. The DGS was so kind, otherwise the two months of waiting would have been so much more agonizing.

I've declined my offer. Good luck to those who're still waiting!!!!!
