April 15 is over, still No notification. Is this a rejection? Should I call the chair or director tomorrow? Those who got admitted,denied, waitlisted, please please post it here, this way I will think that at least there is result...This ambiguity has been killing me for 3 months :(((( Pitt is my fave school...

well, it is written on the online application account that the admitted prospective students will have time to let the univ until April 15 whether they accept the offer. or not...it's written somewhere on the application instructions...This statement kind of made me worried and concerned...I am afraid those who haven't been made an offer will be refused after April 16 (if there is no spot)

To the poster below: No, I have not heard anything too. They do not even answer emails. I have tried several times to contact the coordinator or some professors and still no replies! ...How do you know that the results were expected to be released mid March? I mean the deadline for the program was March 1, It would be strange to give results so soon.

Apparently there is a new admissions person, so don't feel bad about emailing the school with a question.

Not the best scores but I am finishing my masters this semester and have lots of real world experience. Received a phone call this morning to ask if I was still interested in program (absolutely!), then told I was wait-listed. If you have decided not to go to Pitt then please let them know as soon as possible, this is my top choice.

For the posters below, the first round acceptances are sent in the week of April 1. I am still considering the offer and probably I will accept it. I wish good luck to you all and hope to see you in Pittsburgh.
