Interviewed with RIA program on 1.10.20.

Has anyone known when the results will come out? Is it supposed to be this week? I'm anxious about it since MIT EECS has released the acceptance yesterday.

3 years of research, 2 internships, currently finishing masters, 3 papers, 3 presentations, and 3 very strong LORs. Not a perfect match in research interests. Congrats to those accepted!

Rejected stating interests not perfect fit. Congratulations for all admitted candidates!

Grateful to be accepted, looking forward to visit day!

Generic but to be fair, as friendly as rejection emails go, a+

interview on 2/4!

Honestly expected, but still a lil bummed :/

Generic rejection. Oh well, it was worth a shot...

:/

Generic email at noon EST.

It seems quite strict for Princeton to choose interviewees so I heard that about 3 quarters can get admitted after being interviewed

Does anyone know roughly what fraction of interviewees get accepted? Really anxious.

Skype interview from a POI listed in SOP

Received an email from the Director of Graduate Studies at 8pm on a Friday. From previous statistics and my own experience, it seems like Princeton doesn't interview students. Really grateful for the offer. Totally surprised and very grateful.

Same poster as below applied for wind turbine - fluid mechanics research in Princeton. Had only listed two academics, one of which was doing a year abroad and the other was not taking any students so I didn't come as a surprise but it still feels bad.
