Accepted to CIR no funding after rejection of PhD application. I will look into scholarships but otherwise this is not a financially viable option for me. Still honored to be admitted.

TPB: I applied back in December, and yeah I was applying for the econometrics and statistics track, not the economics one, sorry for the confusion.

Rejected from Ph.D. Undergrad from UCSD, Two years of research with a Ph.D. candidate, Double honors thesis within both majors. Full Tuition Scholarship awarded

[Not interview] TPB: Thanks for the response! When you were applying, did you choose econometrics and statistics as your dissertation area or economics? Because these are two different tracks at Booth I think.

TPB: yes i got an email earlier today notifying the rejection, my focus was Econometrics and Statistics

[Not interview] TPB: were you explicitly notified that you were rejected? I haven't heard anything from Booth...

Only getting rejections so far 0a/8r/5p tough cycle

Accepted after interview. Letter with funding (if any) to follow. My decision will largely be based on scholarships/aids, such an expensive school. April 1st confirmation deadline, so soon! I have applications still being reviewed by three schools (I can see them still viewing my portfolio), and an interview at another school next week. Would love to attend SAIC if I can afford it...

Official offer letter to follow by mail

NWL.... I was an PhD applicant who was referred to MAPSS. In the email informing me of my referral to MAPSS, I was informed that MAPSS results and funding offers could be expected mid-March. Note, I actually applied to MAPSS directly last year and was admitted but chose not to attend. They did send out acceptances early March last year. I would suspect that we should find out next week.

50% tuition scholarship

Unsprise.

[Not WL]. For the Jan 4th deadline, is anyone aware by when we can expect the results for the MAPSS programmes to roll out?

email was in junk mail, area: theory

E-mail from the admissions counselor requesting a call, then I did a Zoom meeting where he told me I was accepted. Offered a scholarship about a week later.
