to the posters below, could you please share what actions you took after getting waitlisted in order to score an acceptance letter? any help would be much appreciated... this waiting process is so brutal and i feel very lost!

After being waitlisted for a few months, I have finally been accepted! Very stoked and looking forward to the program :)

Accepted off the waitlist with a $22,500 merit scholarship!

Carleton Central says declined, still waiting on an official email from Carleton?

So thrilled to be accepted to the MS program- I applied to the Stabile program but no mention of the program is in my acceptance letter; anyone into Stabile?

I opted to attend elsewhere, but it was an honor to be accepted here.

Just go accepted off the waitlist!!! Can’t believe it! Originally applied for the documentary specialisation and am now on the general master of science degree but am thrilled nonetheless!!

To the poster below: I have some qs for you about the waitlist if you don’t mind!! I’m on it right now! Did you email them? If you did, did you give updates on achievements etc? Also was it the 6th April when you found out?? Thank you!

Wasnt informed of my position on the waitlist. Also, they will finally tell by July, for a program starting in September, which is inconsiderate for International students!

For the news and doc course. They said I could do the online American journalism course but no interest in an online course at all. Presumably just tryna get more money off me. Have been waitlisted for Columbia so just hoping for the ‘attrition’ they talked about!!

Waived my GRE, had a nice interview at the campus, still super thrilled to be accepted with 25k scholarship!! Congrats and good luck to everyone!

Anyone get into Northeastern's Journalism Professional track? Looking to connect or see if there is already a Facebook group or anything.

Has anyone heard back from this program yet? I see all of the other journalism concentrations receiving notification. It's just getting later and later...

To the posters below: I'm facing a similar decision. I'm in at Columbia, Medill (magazine), and NYU (magazine). Not sure how to decide, but I'm leaning towards NYU at the moment — they gave me the best funding offer, and I like the length and flexibility of the program.
