Got an email stating that a decision has been made on your application. Only the advisor's name is written there, but nothing was mentioned about funding.

I applied to PhD program. However, I was admitted to MS program without any information about funding and type of this program.

Was interviewed by PI before acceptance. Have been offered a graduate assistantship as well.

3 years research, 4 co-authored papers

with PI. said the result will come 3 weeks after interview

Transportation focused. Had interviews with a prof for nearly a month. She finally told me today that no funds available for me. Kinda bummed.

2 years of research assistanship, and being involved research during Master degree in Germany, wrote more research paper during bachelor degree, multinational work experience from 2 different countries as structural engineer for 3 years, learnt programming languages, IELTS 7.5, wrote more than 7 research type of courworks, and will publish the thesis and developed a software where the non-linear analysis of the steel cross section analyzed, and have already developed a software for the plastic analysis of the thin walled steel cross sections. Reason for reject: There is no supervisor, who could possibly lead me in my research.

Received email with $500 funding to attend visit day.

UNOFFICIAL offer from my advisor, who said decisions should start coming out by the end of next week

Got the email to check my portal this morning. No mention of funding in the acceptance letter. Previously, got an interview call at U o Arizona in early January.

Received an email to check my portal status.

Environmental Engineering, water quality track. I suspected rejection after I received an email on 1/16 asking if I wanted to switch my application from PhD to MS, and my POI confirmed my assumption over email. I went ahead and switched because, hey, I'm not getting the $135 back. Hopefully a different fully-funded PhD offer comes through, though.
