For NYU admit below : POI told me to confirm the offer by two weeks at NYU Tandon. Afterwards, they would proceed for paperwork. Contacted the POI after application submission. Had two rounds of skype discussions. Are deadlines for PhD offer acceptances from POI so less ?

Got funding offer from POI. Full tuition fees remission plus 36k USD per year. Is this okay for PhD graduate student at NYC ??

To the person asking about MILA: I was accepted in January, but had reached out to the PoI for an informal chat before I applied. Visit day is in March (exact dates TBD), so I think they are still wrapping up decisions. My information is below if you search for it

Applied 01/02/19. Notice was by direct email (portal doesn't show decision). Admit with 'Achievement Award Scholarship for New Engineering Graduate Students'. I am surprised to hear this early - don't stress, friend!

To the UFL poster below, when did you apply? Did you get an email or did you check the portal?

Bachelor of Music undergraduate. 11 postbacc courses in comp sci / math / stat (4.0 GPA). LORs from outside comp sci. Thrilled to be accepted!! I was unsure it was possible as a non-science undergrad.

PI sent an email to me and let me know that I am going to be recommended for admission.

Are all the results out. I am yet to receive the result. Can some body throw light on this.
