Found the decision letter because I happened to check the portal. It had said no decision has been made until quite recently. Haven't received any mail from the department/Graduate Admissions Office notifying about the decision though. Could successfully accept the offer.

Still no news! Applied for 3 programs in CS. According to last year's data they admitted a handful in May. Keeping my fingers crossed...

I found that all recent notifications are rejects. So very low chance I would say. My Gpa is not enough for USC this year.
