IGNORE status, has anyone received an interview yet?

So excited and appreciative!

PI told me I'm waitlisted. For those admitted, please please please reject your offer if you have no intention of attending

first interview (1/17), received formal invitation for in person interview (2/7)

I had an interview first week of January. My rejection email from the PI stated I had excellent experience, perfect research fit, and that the interview went great, but that the program was highly competitive. Unfortunately, that is how things go. I wish those who got in the best of luck in their program!
