I have just sent an email to Krista Winkelblech, and se told me "The review committee continues to review the applications and I am sending out responses as I receive them."

Who should I send an email inquiring about my application status? Krista Winkelblech, the graduate office secretary, or professor Marc Henry, the director of graduate studies? Last year, they started to invete people in mid February. Until now, I saw just rejections. I am still waiting to hear from Penn State and Boston College. They are too late this year.

Suprising, given that I did interview there. No reason in the email other than "competition...limited number of openings", which is funny since the December 1st application deadline was moved to January 5th.

Not my first choice, so will decline for another offer.

Generic email, but I don't really care. Have other offers I'm more excited about.
