To the poster below, I am not in biotechnology program but am still waiting for the decision. Have you received a letter notifying the delay of application materials review, and tried to contact them as the letter says? I have sent emails to them but haven't received any response. Finger cross for us!

Email to check portal -- not a surprise, since they sent out acceptances and waitlists months ago. Why did they wait so long? I'm not upset to not be moving to Indiana, but I'm sad that Don and Kaveh didn't like my poems

Emailed their graduate staff email, and they said at this time they are not recommending.... Also, they are going to send out rejection letters after the admission process is over. So, if you have not heard back from Purdue chances are you are rejected, accept the next best possible offer.

Officially committed to Purdue! Does anyone know if there's a Facebook page or anything?

Hate communicating on this but anybody accepted here not planning on going? Right there on the waitlist

After an interview with one of the faculty members, I emailed the department a couple of days later and realized that I am not being recommended to the program.

Just withdrew my offer. Good luck to anyone on the waitlist.

3rd AD! Difficult Choices!

I sent an email to ask about the admission process of MS in CS program. Purdue said they would send out all the positive results before the end of this week. But I didn't see any ads posted here this week. I am an international student and I also did not see any ads in a similar forum in my country. Any ideas?

Had the interview today

Waitlisted pending additional aid. I was accepted off the waitlist 3/26. The DGS and I communicated via email throughout March and I was finally offered a fellowship which includes 5 years of funding.

Was NOT expecting this, especially since I got rejected from several programs that are ranked less than Purdue.

Has anyone received final decision after having the letter telling that there is a delay in reviewing your application and interview? I have sent E-mail to ask about the status but have not yet received any response. BTW, I am applying for molecular signaling and cancer biology training group.
