Funding is there also had some communications with the potential advisor but no interview!

Sad

Had an interview with the POI. My SOP was not in the direction of my POI :). Yet still, I got the admission due to having generative research experience in his field.

3.9 major gpa. Notified through email to check status update on website.

First Admit! (American from an international undergrad)

Applied for MS - Thesis. However, NCSU admits by default to the MCS program. The email says that you can opt for a thesis after one semester. Extremely happy as I belong to a non-CS background. 1 international publication and 2 national conferences.

Got interviewed earlier today, received the admission at the end of the conversation. Got the admission email in the evening.

Recommended by the department, pending review of materials by graduate school.

Withdraw button disappeared 2 days back. We regret to inform you that your application to the Computer Science MSc at ETH Zurich has not been successful - today. Tough luck, need to lift the spirits up somehow.

Accepted at Cornell by top Prof/lab. However, I have not yet received the analytical offer/contract. Does anyone know when the contracts will be out?

Interviewer said decision will be made by the end of February.

Got send an email asking to interview on the 28th.

Accepted over email; CMU MSCS; with personal note from professor in admission committee

First reject. Got one acceptance from a safe school.

Feeling sad :(
