If at this point we haven't heard from schools is it safe to assume we're out? How disappointing. I had really hoped for an MFA this year but I guess it's not going to happen.

First notification. Received an email saying funding information to follow. 1a/0w/0r

Found a gracious email from Leni Zumas in my inbox this morning. No word on funding/TAship yet.

I called Admissions last week and she told me that the letters should coming out this week. Some will be acceptances, most will be formal rejections. Good luck!

They only fund about 60% of students, so fingers crossed. Such a unique, lovely program.

Got a nice email from Mark Cox. He says the formal acceptance will be sent by the graduation school in a few days, hopefully with due funding details.

I've seen several decisions posted from the Iowa Writers' Workshop. On my Admissions Profile, the admission decision still says "in progress." Is anyone else still waiting to hear from Iowa?

A very kind and encouraging email from Gabriel Urza telling me I will receive an official acceptance letter and information about funding within the week. Beyond stoked!

No info regarding funding.
