Anyone with still no decision ms cs?

To the poster below, I was accepted to the PhD, but no information about funding so far. I emailed the director and this was the answer: "If you have not gotten funding then likely you may not get any right now but we can put you on a waiting list. But while it can be difficult in the first semester to secure funding, I can tell you that most students do so by the start of their second semester. We find that about 90% of our graduate students are funded at any given time." Thus, for those waiting for acceptance, this may indicates that you may get accepted but probably without funding.

I think NCSU got overloaded with MS CS Applications. Saw a wave of people getting rejected at once.

To the Virginia Tech MS poster below, I’m also waiting for a decision. I mailed a college a week back. They said that “all decisions are due by May 15th”. Guess like we just have to wait.

For UC Berkeley if I applied for MS-PhD and didn't get a notification of anything yet, does that mean I'm rejected? I haven't seen any MS acceptances here and was wondering if because I didn't get a PhD notification, I am out of the contention or do they offer you an MS instead?

To the poster below: yes I am still waiting but for PhD. I have contacted the grad office, they said the department didn't make the decision yet(for my application) and I have to contact them directly, and I did so, but they didn't answer my email.

Unexpected Reject. The rest of my applications are a little more ambitious. Should have applied to a few more safer schools.

Had an informal interview with POI, which went pretty well. Placed on a "short waitlist". Background: bachelor from Southeast Asia, 3 years of research, 4 publications (1 in AAAI), bad TOEFL speaking, strong LoRs.
