I am a Canadian citizen. Interviewed on Tuesday Feb 5th. Undergrad Canada, Master's UK.

To McGill University poster below: congrats! when was your interview and are you an international applicant?

Applied for archaeology. Email to check portal. So excited!!!

Email to check website, decision letter posted there. Ecstatic for first acceptance!

GPA from MA. Very disappointing news after informal interviews went so spectacularly and feedback was so auspicious, with such conviction.

Wasn't the best fit, so I'm not surprised. I had interviews a number of other departments that are a better fit. So I have my fingers crossed to get accepted elsewhere. Best of luck to the chosen ones.

This whole friend account thing is not a good way to give rejections.

"Thank you for applying to the graduate program in the Department of Anthropology. We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you admission to our program. This year's pool of applicants was very strong, and it was impossible to admit more than a fraction of applicants."

To the UMichigan poster below: I also got that email and wasn't able to find any information in Wolverine Access. I figured they might just be sending out that email so that we know where to check for when they release the results later (like tomorrow for example)? But I also have no clue.

I also just got this email from Michigan, but don't see any status update?

Received an email from the department, "This is to let you know that you can check your admissions status by logging into your Friend Account in Wolverine Access. " Nothing there... Anyone else?

I was interviewed on Jan 31st, I was told results would be out in 7-10 days. This implies results release around the 11th to 14th of February. I hope this helps.

Has anyone heard back from UofC after interviews?
