There was a mix up in my application first got denied(email) than got a phone call saying I was accepted. No funding though bummer :(

Only half funding for first quarter better than nothing.

wait listed for Fiction, 1 of 18. :/

Really excited about this! First glimmer of hope after 6 rejections. If anyone accepted at Tennessee will be attending elsewhere, please let them know! :-)

At least it's getting easier to witness my dreams being crushed before my eyes lol. 1a/1w/6r/4pending.

It's me again. No email, no call. Happened to check because I was curious and found the standard form rejection. Same day as I heard back from Iowa. Damn. 1a/0w/2r waiting on 2 more.

Well, this one stung. Letter was dated March 1 and arrived today. I wasn't really counting on this one, but the cold tone of that half-paragraph letter was pretty brutal. Congrats to all who got in. 1a/0w/1r waiting on 3 more.

Yay! 2a/0w/1r

0a/0w/3r. (... 5 hours after hunter, damn. as expected, though! fairly nice, as far as rejection letters go. also: boston & brooklyn: might as well send your letters my way so i can call it a day :p)

Email to check portal 2a/0w/1r

Handwritten note: "this is strong work" at the bottom of the form rejection. Don't know if it's better or worse to have apparently come close. Oh well. 2a/0w/6r.

Didn't get an email. Looks like it was uploaded to the "portal" this morning. Was a Hail Mary, though, to begin with.

0a/0w/2r (looking like a 0a/0w/5r this year ... will apply again in 2019, probably, and to at least 15 schools this time lol.)

Email to check portal. Unsurprising. 5a/0w/5r with 5 pending

E-mail to check portal, where I found a nicely written form rejection. C'est la vie... 2a/0w/5r.

Got an email, to check out the website, and there it is, the rejection letter. Not very surprised, since the interviews and acceptances have been posted here and on Draft.

Well, this made me really unhappy. Congrats to all of you guys who got accepted.
