Chinese. Good GPA and research experience in Genomics, Computer Vision, and Deep learning. Glad to have the interview :)

The Admissions Committee began reviewing applications on January 4. Because of limited faculty availability, we will be contacting applicants to schedule interviews in batches through February. A very small number of applicants within specific time zones have been contacted to schedule interviews so far; the first invitation went out Friday evening. No admissions offers will be released until mid-late February. All updates will be provided via email.

No word on funding.

No funding and no tuition waive. This program provides limited funding oppertunities for incoming students. Even if you have assistanship, this program provides most students with 10 hours TA or GA.

A lot of background knowledge in the field. 2 years of working experience. Got an email inviting me to the "recruitment day" that will take place online.

No such technical interview, but they asked whether I was genuinely interested in their program.

Interviewed by two Professors, went well, hope to receive final offer. Fingers crossed.

Receive a personal email from the Director to participate in the Interview weekend!

So excited!!!

To the person who got accepted on 11 Jan: do you mind sharing when did you apply? Thank you!

They said they will take an interview with me on March. I booked the RSVP, but I think this is not the 1st round as the date is far away.

received the decision in 10 days after processing the application.

Directly contacted by faculty. Very surprised but grateful. Hopefully a good sign for other schools.

One of my interviewers called me after the admissions committee meeting to tell me of my acceptance before I received anything in writing. Still haven't gotten the email, but he informed me he was given the OK by the committee to call me personally!

Received emails from 2 faculty members to interview this week

Teaching assistantship offer + tuition, stipend of $2050/mo.

Contacted by POI.

Two professors send the interview invitations at midnight respectively.
