To the post below, for funded MSCS program at Cornell, I searched previous years results and they don't look good. There were way too few notifications regardless of the result, and they all came in April (like 3rd and 4th ish). As far as I know there are many schools such as CMU want the decision to be made before that time, so I probably won't sacrifice some amazing choices to just bet on this one.

To the UCSD Masters post below with Undergrad from BITS Pilani and almost 2 years experience, Can you please share your profile in more detail (GRE & TOEFL scores, Undergrad GPA and Company)?

So I have been rejected from PhD program early February. However, there was a choice in application to consider for Master program, and I believe many of us have selected "yes." I am wondering will our application actually be put into MS pool and get reviewed again? Will there be any notification if they do? Or is it just a dummy choice that doesn't really matter?

You have to generate the password to check the status. Also whp, if you dont have an email, logging in is not gonna do much for you.

Accepted with fellowship. Had a bunch of interviews before this.

Submitted on 12-10. Materials arrived on 12-17. Withdraw button disappeared last Wednesday

I really did not expect rejection from Utah. I thought that choosing me for Masters was a no brainer. First rejection and I'm really scared now.

SBU seems to be sending out rejects everyday with no pattern of the rejectees. Do they plan to take in any international applicants this year?

Does anyone know when the MS CS results will be announced this year? Will they send them out on the Friday of the third week, as they did the last few years?
