Yeah, it's a bummer since the program seems great. When I saw that on the other website, I made an effort to speak with multiple people who had gone there in recent years and they ALL confirmed it. I just wouldn't be happy in that kind of environment anyway (not an issue now since I didn't get in anyway :P) | ||||

Like the poster below, I was a little shocked as it's my first rejection and I was anticipating at least a wait-list, but I was going to decline either way. I've heard some pretty negative things about the school that made me weary. Congrats to those who made the cut though! | ||||

Because they were taking so long, I actually called and got my admission status. I was def. shocked because I’m a top shot student in SLP with unbeatable research experience and competitive grades/other experiences n awards....admitted on full-ride to top programs elsewhere.... Sucks for Vandy. | ||||
