Just a humble question for all those who got accepted to the IWW: Has anyone received a letter of acceptance prior to any other means of notification (e-mail etc.)? I'm an international applicant and don't really have a clue about the etiquette...

No surprises here. Good luck to everyone!

Phone call from Zwern, the director, barely a week after submitting my application. Excited!

Had an interview with Josh Henkins last week, and received a phone call from him yesterday. Feeling very grateful. 3a/0w/1r

I know at least two people accepted here for fiction that are likely headed elsewhere... good luck to all my fellow waiters. This is my top choice so I'll be waiting all the way til 4/15 if need be. 1a/1w/1r

Email to check portal. Website had confetti & fireworks along with acceptance. Cute. More details coming from faculty. Would love to attend if funded, but w/o funding it's out of my reach. 1a/0r/0w (3 pending)

Lovely letter; small envelope.

Email to check portal. Super thrilled!!! However, no word on funding yet. 1a/0w/2r. 4 pending.

Received email to check portal. No word on funding, seems like some admitted students received calls during the week if they were funded. Still, nice one to wrap up the day! (5a/1w/1r/12 pending)

Received this wait-list notification right after NYU. A lot to take in for one day. (5a/2w/1r/12 pending)

Fingers crossed (again) that this wait-list will turn into an acceptance! I'm honestly shocked! Best of luck to all of us. This has been a crazy process. 5a/2w/1r/12 pending.

Email from Marjorie Celona. "Very high" on waitlist.
