To the guy below with both ASU and UIC offer, go with where you fit the most with the adviser and research interests. This is absolutely needed for a PhD. Otherwise there is not much of a noticeable difference in recognition or USNews rank whether you graduate form ASU or UIC, even though ASU has more placement rates.
