I mailed them if there is any updates because of coronavirus then they just told me I am no longer under consideration without any explanation(I am an international) It was a bit unprofessional.

Waitlisted for two months and finally admitted. Flattered

Will not be accepting a placement on the waitlist.

Received an email to check the admissions portal, accepted with a 30,000 tuition remission scholarship.

No scholarship, loans don't even cover tuition & fees by about $15,000. Tuition increased several thousand dollars from what I remember in info sessions. I'm likely turning this down.

First time applying. Disappointed :(

I have been in touch with my POI throughout the application. Last week we talked over the phone where they confirmed my admittance and discussed options going forward. I received a letter today from the department offering admission. An official letter from FGSR is expected soon. We were going to have this phone call 3 weeks ago, but meetings regarding covid-19 pushed this back.

Conditional Offer (must complete current study with the minimum academic requirements for entry) Home Department: Education

Received emails from the head of admissions for the program and a couple of prospective PIs! Very excited to begin!

First time applying to the 2 year MSW program.

Had a really low sub 3.0 GPA. I think me being an Alumni and my work experience really helped me.

For those who were admitted to the MSW Program, there is a Facebook group. Just search for North Carolina Central University MSW Class of 2022
