Has anyone got any admit from UT Austin CS for MS? Aren't they late this time? Last time all the results were out and now the coming week is spring break, so the results could be pushed back to March last week.

UG in CS from NITW. Working for a semiconductor giant - work is relevant to my area of interest (Operating Systems/Computer Architecture). 2 publications in moderate IEEE conferences and open-source contributions to the Android Open Source Project. 2nd rejection and no admits so far.. Really really dejected..

Offered Master's in Telecommunications... Nah. Their loss.

To the post who indicates 4 full papers, congrats! but why did you not apply for PhD program?

Is there a status other than "submitted" before the decision is made?

Any news on when the decisions will be released? Also what are some unis I could apply to with my current profile if I get rejected from McGill? I have no research experience, just a year of work experience. Any help and advice is appreciated!

To the poster below: You don't need to be particularly worried about the interview. If I recalled correctly you are given multiple attempts with unlimited prepare time between attempts for each problem. I don't think I did well but was still given admission. It seems that they are just testing whether you have acquired basic English speaking skills.

Had an interview with my POI over the phone. He said I'll most likely get an offer. Can anyone share how long it took to get an offer after the interview.
