TTPB: I don't think it is a matter of submission time. I applied for the ML/CV area and submitted my application on 11/09/2018; my status shows pending; I sent email to the phd admission email address to inquire my status but no one has replied so far. I was wondering why they taking so long...The deadline for application is 12/15/2018, and it's been over 3 months...
