I haven't received any results from applied physics department of Cornell for now, typically does this mean rejection?

Accepted with TA

To the Cornell Government CP poster below, congrats! Would you mind claiming your acceptance in the forum as many are curious if Cornell has released decisions for this subfield yet. Thanks! forum.thegradcafe.com/topic/126462-2020-2021-application-thread/page/127/

Email from DGS

Received a "half-funding" package for the first academic year including a waiver for half my tuition, $14,300 in stipend, and 7.5 hours a week of TA work.

To the one below me, I'm sorry! I feel what you say so much. Have you at least been accepted to other programs? Good luck with everyone!

Confused as to why they sent out a bunch of rejections a few weeks ago and another round is going out now. Oh well. Would have preferred for this to have not been delayed. Ouch.

TTPB: No updates from UMich and Cornell.

Any updates?

Very generic email saying that my application "was not approved." I expected this, since it was taking so much time. However, after paying $100 I would have at least liked a more personal email.
