Emailed PI of interest to ask when interviews had been sent out. She did not mention the date but said over 500 people applied this year.

Emailed general department email asking for update and was told they'd already sent out invitations for interviews for our clinical program and that they had over 300 applications for 4 spots.

Notified by email that a decision had been made and to check my application status page.
