Got an email from the chair of the program and said that the official notice would come in 1-2 weeks

Got an email from POI and then received official offer on 02/16

GPA 8.9/10, two years masters research, several internships, 3 strong LOR.

No GRE, 2 years research experience.

Four years of research experience, 3 strong LOR (one from alumni)

1 REU, 3 semesters research on campus, no publications

No Pubs, 1 manuscript under preparation, 2 strong LoR, 1 year fully devoted to research, MS in chemistry

Given Interview on 13January, 1year of Undergraduate research experience, TOEFL Speaking score was 20

Have much better offers... No regrets at all :p
