Has anyone heard anything from UIUC theory group? I have not been contacted till date. Should I expect a rejection ?

Poster above: It was from the CS program. I also applied to the ML PhD program. My email said: "If you have applied to more than one program within the School of Computer Science, you will hear from each program individually."

Posters below: was the application for a specific subfield (ML, compbio, etc.) or just the PhD in CS?

Awesome! Third admit after UCSC and University of Oregon. Funding to the tune of ~40,000$ per year. Still inclined towards UCSC as I get to work with Prof. Lise Getoor there. Prof. Balasubramanian was my POI at Stony Brook

RE: I contacted the department and asked about hearing back. Their response was (frankly generic but take it as you will) "some admissions decisions have been made, but not everyone has received a decision yet".

I have the same doubt about computer architecture field for masters. If someone has received any decision for this, please comment.

Haven't received any notification from Brown yet. It also seems that fewer results have been posted about Brown, phd, than in previous years up to this points. It's getting pretty late in Feb. Do I still have a chance?
