The GPA is my Master's GPA. Got a surprise acceptance today! Ecstatic! Applied for quantum optics. My master's is from the University of Oregon in Applied Physics on the optics track. I can NOT believe I got accept. Wow. Bad GRE scores and not top marks in GPA, so it must be my optics research background. Visitation day is March 12-14. Portal has funding details. (This is after 4 years of rejections from PhD Programmes). Don't give up! | ||||

ON applicant. I did undergrad here and was rejected last year. I submitted the same files this year except I fixed my statement (which I suspect is what killed my chances previously) with the help of a department prof. Top choice, so I'm happy! But they're providing me much, much less funding than Ryerson (2nd choice) with less benefits, to no one's surprise. Still indecisive! | ||||
