Any new from Alberta? Is there still any hope?

Does anyone have any idea when is UCLA going to release the decisions? Admits/Rejects... How many admits did it release until now?

TTPB I gave the interview but my status is still pending. Do you think all the admits for Columbia are out?

I don't know what is taking them so long. I am very tensed and frustrated after 7 rejections, with 3 left. Does anyone have any information about the delay of results?

One query - what are the differences between MS-only and MS/PhD track? Do you have to compulsorily pursue a PhD in the MS/PhD track or can you stop at the Master's degree if you want? What kind of research opportunities do MS-only students have exposure to?

TTPB Columbias admitted student open house was yesterday at nyc and everyone I talked to received the interview (all domestic)

TTPB that received an email saying UMass will notify all admits by this friday. Which Email address do I need to send them an email? I really need to ask if they're done notifying all admits or are there more to come since its already Saturday and I really need to make a decision in the next 3 days.

Have there people who have got rejects after seeing 'Update Pending' on spire? Want to know whether I should keep some hope or not.

Didn't receive any email. Checked the portal today and there was the result.

To all the admits: Did all your SPIRE portals change to "New Student" as opposed to "Applicant Status" when you were accepted regardless of whether or not you were able to view your admit letter?

I mailed them to ask my application status. An automated reply said that all acceptance emails have already been sent out, which implies only rejects will come now. I sent a follow up email to confirm this, and got my rejection mail within 5 minutes lol.

TTPB: I can surely tell you that if you haven't received an interview, then you are not being considered. This might be false in case of an American student/native speaker, because they aren't getting the interview I guess (since the interview is more to judge your English speaking skills). And if they are getting the interviews, then its even more obvious.
